The technology innovation is the core of the high-tech enterprises. As the maincarrier of the technology innovation, the technical employees who create the values viamental are the key to the enterprise key competency; These employees are also the keyfactor of the production regarding the core competency of enterprises. Wei TongCompany is a high-tech enterprise which provides the manufacture, purchasing,designing and logistics services to the other companies with electronic products brand.Firstly, In order to find the characters of the technology employees in Wei TongCompany, the literature research and survey research method are used to analyze theseemployees in some aspects, such as ages, genders, education background, etc. Secondly,the current situation regarding the incentive mechanism of the Wei Tong Company arestudied via analyzing the payment system, performance management system, benefitssystem and enterprise culture, Thirdly, the current situation of the incentive mechanismhas some limitation, so the new incentive mechanism is built, which includes theprinciple, content and methods of the incentive mechanism. At last, in order to enhancethe incentive for technical employees in Wei Tong Company, some suggestionsregarding targeted incentives, encourage diversification, internal competition andincentive are given.
