Financial Process Reengineering Of Medium Manufacturing Based On ERP

With the rapid development of enterprise information processes, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) has gradually become an important tool for ourenterprise information management. More than half of medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises have to implement ERP systems in our country. With themature of ERP system and the financial management practices of medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprise, medium-sized manufacturing enterprises put forwardhigher requirements of ERP financial management system. Financial ProcessReengineering aroused people’s attention again as an important way to improve thefinancial management information system under ERP environment.The thesis discuss the method financial process reengineering of medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises based on the theory of financial management ERP andBRP.This thesis also analyze the Current Situation of financial processes under theERP environment and try to establish financial processes reengineering methodologywhich suit medium-sized manufacturing companies.The main contents of this thesis include:(1) Define and analyze the financial management system of medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises. Based on ERP software versions of medium-sizedmanufacturing using, the thesis summarize the content system of financialmanagement in medium-sized manufacturing enterprises under ERP environment.The thesis also analyzes the application of financial processes of medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises and on which find out the prominent problems existing init.(2) Define the focus of the financial process reengineering in mid-sizedmanufacturing enterprises at the present stage. There are cost control process, budgetmanagement processes and decision support processes.(3) Build the methodology of financial processes reengineering which matchwith medium-sized manufacturing enterprises under ERP environment. Themethodology consists of three steps: financial processes requirements analysis,problem diagnosis of financial processes and financial processes reengineering. Among them, the financial reengineering process includes financial objectives,principles and specific methods of financial reengineering.(4) Analyze the methodology of financial processes reengineering use the caseof Zhengyuan company which Verify the feasibility of the methodology.The innovation of this thesis is to study the ERP Financial Management InformationSystem in Perspective of process management. And the thesis also put forward thefocus that the medium-sized manufacturing enterprises should attach importance tofinancial process management. Furthermore this thesis builds up the methodology ofthe financial process reengineering which match to medium-sized manufacturing.
