The enterprise marketing cost has a very important effect on anenterprise’s profit. If the marketing cost control of an enterprise isimproper, it will not only result in the profit loss, it will also allow thesurvival of the enterprises. So how to effectively reduce the marketingcost and effectively booth the enterprises’ profit is an important method toenhance the enterprise core competence.In this case, the referenced is Company T,a domestic business foreigncapital company, manufacturing and sales of ultrasonic equipment. CompanyT has been actively involved in the market for industrial ultrasonicapplications since1966. Since then, the company has built up a wealth ofexpertise internationally, which is put to good use by customers in a widerange of different industries. Today, Company T is one of the leadingcompanies worldwide in this specialist field. Company T in China wasfounded in2007, now there has Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong three subsidiaries. Company T is successfully handling all its product lines andhas been established well on the whole Chinese market in recent years, in2013Company T achieved above nine thousand Yuan margin. But the costcontrolling system of Company T does not match the pace of development ofthe enterprise and management of costs is still seriously lagging behind inenterprises. There is a serious of problems such as the old cost controllingsystem is too complex and the high marketing costs owing to the lack ofbudgeting control…Therefore, I think it is necessary to establish a topic and analysis of thecontrolling of Company T’s marketing costs. Analysis its existed problemsidentify the causes of these problems and propose some suggestions of howto solve this kind of “overwhelming marketing costs” problems in CompanyT. At last, I pointed out that the overwhelmed marketing cost is becoming thecommon problem in some small and medium-sized enterprises in theirdevelopment period. My suggestions can also be extended to thesimilar enterprises which facing the same problems.
