Abstract/Summary:
China is a country that starting tea-drinking at the earliest, possessing the mostabundant resources of tea,and having a longest history of tea culture in the world.But thecurrent situation for the development of Chinese tea industry is not optimistic. The teamarket is disordered, and the industrial added value is law. The development of Chinesetea industry is even less than many non-tea-producing countries in the world.Through theresearch on the development of Chinese tea industry, the thesis hopeto find out the newways and methods to develop the traditional tea industry, and provide reference for thesustainable development of Chinese tea industry.Because of the rise of the cultural creative industries, as well as the attention of thegovernment put on it, this thesis selects tea culture as the perspective to research on thesustainable development of tea industry,and also takeYa’an Tibetan tea as the example forconcrete analysis. This thesis contains five parts, constituted of seven chapters. Part1(Chapter1) describes the current research status and the purpose and thought of theresearch. Part2(Chapter2) describes the current development of domestic andinternational tea industry, and points out the development trend of the tea industry in thefuture. Part3(Chapter3) studies the cultural creative industries of tea.Part4(Chapter4to6) takesYa’an Tibetan tea as an example. Through summarizing its situation, special qualityand the external environment, and then combining with GEM model, to study thecompetitiveness of the development of tea industry. Finally, basing on the tea culture, thethesis put forward the suggestion of realizing the sustainable development of Tibetantea.Part5(Chapter7) summarizes the thesisand points out the prospects for futureresearch.
