With the global environmental problems and energy crisis continuously emerging,all countries are taking active measures to achieve the benign development of domesticeconomy and society. Vehicle, as a large oil consumption and emissions of carbondioxide, nend to be a revolutionary change. Therefore the development of new energyelectric vehicle has become the consensus of the world.To realize the goal of “by2020the unit GDP of carbon dioxide emissions lower40%to45%than in2005, and the“corner overtakingâ€historical mission in auto industry, also list the development of newenergy electric as one of the seven strategic emerging industries. At present, as thenational policy vigorously support, each pilot city continues to accelerate thedevelopment of new energy electric vehicle industry.On this background, this paper has sorted out the current state and the relateddevelopment planning of new energy electric vehicles in different countries.Then weregard the blade electric vehicles(BEV) and hybrid electric vehicles(HEV) as the researchobjiect,based on considering the power generation structure,compared the energyconsumption and carbon emissions of HEV, BEV and petrol vehicles by using the wheelto wheel method. We obtained that the development of new energy electric vehicles canachieve the energy conservation and emissions reduction from2012to2020and the BEVand HEV have different emissions reduction in different situations. Then by adopting theidea of sensitivity analysis,we conclude that the power generation structure and vehicletype are the important factors to affect the energy conservation and emissionsreduction.Finally,we predict the car ownership of the new energy electric vehicles usingelastic coefficient method and setting different path of development,conclude that underthe consideration of energy conservation and emissions reduction factors,our countryshould mainly promote the BEV to realize the maximum energy conservation andemissions reduction. |
