Research On The Mechanism Of Innovation Method’s Application In China’s Military Enterprises

Military enterprises are important parts of national economy, which play irreplaceableroles in promoting the scientific and technological progress. And now major innovations ofthe modern science and technology are more and more depend on the advanced scientificmethods.To promote China’s military enterprise innovation, we need to consciously applyinnovation methods.In this paper,through in-depth analysis on the basis of the status quo ofChina’s military enterprise innovation method application, with the aid of diffusion ofinnovation theory, system theory, integration and knowledge management, analyzes theproblems existing in our military enterprise innovation, then explore a set of operationmechanism for innovation methods applied in military enterprise.From the organizationalmechanism, training mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism, incentive andconstraint mechanism four aspects carry on the research design,so as to enhance militaryenterprise innovation efficiency, perfecting the system of innovation.On organization mechanism, this paper separately from group headquarters level,enterprise internal professional level and innovation team level, build the organization andcoordination mechanism. On training mechanism, establish a military enterprise internaltraining system,constructing a learning application platform based on the case ofputtedforward.On performance evaluation mechanism, using the method of Data EnvelopmentAnalysis, to build a military enterprise innovation methods application performanceevaluation index system and quantitative analysis model. On incentive and constraintmechanism, respectively from quantitative model and qualitative comprehensionto analyzeenterprise resources’ specific investment situation and groups’ management measures.
