At present,the international situation is grim,and the military competition in various countries is fierce,and they are scrambling to develop the national defense science and technology industry that represents the military strength and the level of national industrial development.In the development of China's manufacturing industry,the "China made 2025" program of action has been put forward,which lays the foundation for the realization of the dominant position of the national defense science and technology industry.To achieve independent China's urgent need in the military,especially in the core technology to gradually increase the localization of heteronomy.As the foundation of the national defense science and technology industry,the independent controllable degree of military enterprise is very important.A scientific method of self-control degree is important,and then find out the key factors that influence the degree of self-control,help to further enhance the degree of science and technology project of military enterprises.According to the model,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of independent controllable degree of military science and technology project from three aspects of autonomy,security and stability.Evaluation index factors of science and technology project of military enterprises independently controllable degree of characteristics and influence based on the comprehensive use of entropy and catastrophe progression method constructing factors evaluation model of independent controllable degree of science and technology project of China's military enterprises,in 2011 18 listed military enterprises in China-2016 panel data for empirical analysis,and draw the conclusion of empirical evaluation.Provide the basis for further analysis of factors and refine our national defense science and technology industry science and technology project independently controllable degree of influence,and to improve the theory and method of STINDC self-control.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the independent controllable degree of military science and technology enterprises from the three aspects of autonomy,safety and stability.
