The Research Of The Present Situation Of Information Desclosure Of Domestic Unlisted Business Bank

With China formally joining the Basel Committee and the introduction ofBasel Ⅲ, the CBRC has issued a series of new laws to direct riskmanagement and information disclosure of commercial banks. It has madenew standards and developed a time schedule. Domestic commercial banksneed to meet the regulatory requirements of Basel Ⅲwithin a few years. Thisthesis, making Basel Ⅲ information disclosure normative framework as astarting point and the previously neglected domestic non-listed commercialbanks as research subjects, evaluated the information disclosure of thesebanks with empirical scoring method, and performed detailed analysis of theresults considering these banks’ main characteristics and regional differences.It finally pointed out the weaknesses in information disclosure of these non-listed commercial banks and provided recommendations for improvements.
