MBO and MBP, considered as the significant parts of the modernmanagement system, have a great influence on the practice of modernmanagement. However, as a result of the organization’s environmentincreasingly worsen, the shortage of the two management model becomeprominent. How to exert the advantages of the two management modeleffectively, and avoid their drawback, becomes one of focal points byenterprises and management scholars to face and solve.Reviewing the basic theories of MBO and MBP from the start, this articlehas revealed their dialectical relationships by comparing their similarities anddifferences systematically. In addition, analyzing the main factors of MBO andMBP contributes to putting forward three fundamental principles in designingthe integration of MBO and MBP, in the last part Haier constitution’s practice inmanagement is a case in point. The whole article composed of six chapters,study the integration of MBO and MBP in practice and theory, the details are asfollows:Chapter Ⅰcontains the research’s background, purposes andsignificance. Summarizes the related research of MBO and MBP，integrationintegration and integration management， then points out the setbacks of theresearch to get the research’s purposes, methods and frames of content.Chapter Ⅱintroduces the basic theories of MBO and MBP, reviews indetail and summarizes the connotations, features and working process of MBOand MBP, determines their definitions, analyses merits and setbacks inpractice of MBO and MBP.Chapter Ⅲstudies the relationships of MBO and MBP, compares theirsimilarities and merits systematically, according to the basic theories, revealstheir dialectical relationships of MBO and MBP.Chapter Ⅳshows integration research of MBO and MBP, by elaboratingthe basic ideas of integration and integration of management, and necessitiesof integration of MBO and MBP, analyses the main factors of MBO and MBP,and offers basic principles in designing integration models of MBO and MBP to design it in four aspects.Chapter V takes Haier for example to study it in authentic proof, accordingto the basic theories, Haier’s management in practices is a case in point, whichproves the integration model is reasonable.Chapter VI shows summary of the article and prospects of the research,summarizes the achievements in theory research systematically, and analysesthe research’s shortcomings and prospects of the research in the future.
