The economic situation at home and abroad as well as the businessenvironment changes under pressure, oil companies are stepping up theimplementation of the transformation of economic growth mode. Compared withthe large international petroleum company, Daqing oilfield, although large, butprofit ability is limited, especially in the petroleum resource is less and less, thedifficulty of exploitation is more and more big, the mining cost under thecondition of high, Daqing oilfield faces the fierce competition at home andabroad. The enterprise is the most valuable resource, is the core of enterprisemanagement incentives for people, the main power source [1] at the same time,but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and efficiency.One of the Daqing Fangxing investment limited liability company belongsto the Daqing Oilfield Co set up a relatively short time, the relatively smallnumber, short development time of the enterprise, also has the characteristics ofhigh technical content, professional and strong. The company is still in theexploratory stage of management mode, management, human resourcesmanagement level remains to be further improved, the incentive mechanism fortalents has to be sound and perfect. The knowledge staff Fangxing company wasone of the most important resources, they play a vital role in the realization ofthe rational allocation of resources, we create high value for the company.Knowledge type Fangxing employees with innovation and a strong workinitiative, in contrast to other employees pay more attention to achievement,personal growth and self realization of the value. How to take effective incentivemechanism of knowledge worker Fangxing company, fully mobilize theenthusiasm and initiative of the knowledge workers, and tap the potential abilityof knowledge workers, is to ensure sustainable development of enterprises is animportant subject of Fangxing facing the company.Based on the research methods of literature study and empirical research,finishing on knowledge workers and knowledge workers incentive theories, andon this basis, the research methods of questionnaire, the knowledge workers ofdifferent ages, different positions, different qualifications as the research object, the demand characteristics of the knowledge the Fangxing company employees,and find out the existing in the motivation mechanism of knowledge workersFangxing company problem according to the survey results, combined wit hrelevant knowledge worker incentive theory, thus puts forward suitable Fangxingcompany knowledge workers including differential compensation, humane spiritincentive, long term incentive and overall target incentive countermeasures.Through improving the incentive Countermeasures of knowledge employees soas to improve and enhance the knowledge Fangxing company’s human resourcesmanagement, and promote the company "125" goal smoothly and healthy andsustainable development.
