With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the market economic systemcontinuously improved. The competition of talents is the fundamental current of the enterprise competition. How to improve employees’ engagement is urge to the managersof enterprises. How to push the employees to grow together with the enterprises harmonious, is the need to solve and explore issues.Based on the researches from domestic and foreign about perceived organizationalsupport, organizational commitment and engagement which were reviewed systematically, the paper summarizes the shortcomings of existing researches. Aiming at the short-comings of the studies, through a questionnaire survey of larger scale, using empiricalresearch, the paper mainly discuss (1) the relationship between organizational support, organizational commitment and engagement,(2) let the organizational commitmentas intermediate variables, to explore the role of organizational commitment intermediary.This paper intends to disuse the relationship between organizational support,organizational commitment and the engagement under the current Chinese conditions,and mainly to the enterprises in the Pearl River Delta area staff as the research object,questionnaire survey was conducted among300employees, the reliability, validity,confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, draw the follow-ing conclusions:(1) organizational support has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, engagement(2) organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee engagement(3) organizational commitment support played an intermediary role between organizational support and engagement.Through this paper, we explore the relationship between the organizational supporton engagement and influence mechanism. At the same time, we can not only complement the existing data in the aspect of theory, on the other hand, in the actual operation, hope to provide some feasible suggestions for the enterprise, simultaneously improve the relationship between the organization and employees, to promote better development of enterprises and employees, to create a win-win situation.
