Fuyang Cement Equipment Company’s business scope is to supply the advancedequipments to the new dry process clinker lines. Corresponding the booming of thenew dry process linker lines in the past ten years, this company has became amanufacturing company with middle size. When it faces the cooling down of thecement market, how to continue the development is a problem to its owner. So, thisarticle is based on this company’s organization re-engineering for discussion.The main theoretical basis of the article is human capital, transaction cost,organization reengineering dualism. And the research is based on discreteManufacturing Enterprises features. In this article, I applied the concept,“markethealth degree” to analyze the company’s growth history and present condition. At thesame time, I applied the concept “human capital heath degree” to analyze theoperation status of the company inside.This article makes the improvement of the running status of this enterprise to bethe purpose. The final result is to provide a proposal for this kind of Enterprises.The proposal contains:1. Value reengineering:a) Value added mode transition, from based on market only to humancapital and market at the same timeb) Enterprise function transition, the enterprise is no longer the fortuneproducer to the owner, it’s the comment fortune making platform foreverybody in the company2. Tool reengineering:a) allocation mode transition, from the owner enjoyed the profit by himselfto the employee and the owner shared the added profitb) Organization mode transition, cancel the Hierarchical organization, setup the Flat organizational formc) Organization form and process transition, to set up the CollaborativeValue Added Network Based on the above common method, this article analyzed the organizationre-engineering activities of Fuyang Cement Equipment Company and provided aproposal could be applied in this company.
