Tires are important parts of the vehicle and construction machinery. After decades ofdevelopment, the tire manufacturing industry in China gradually grown up, andmoved towards the international market. But the attendant is a more competitiveenvironment. Domestic tire manufacturing enterprises due process and technologygap with the international advanced level, poor solution of line balancing,warehousing planning is not in place, Logistics process automation, informationtechnology degree need to be improved, can only survive in the cracks. Therefore, it isimportant to study of the balance of the tire production line and warehousing andlogistics technology, find a solution bottleneck process, help enterprises to improveproduction process information technology, automation level. In this paper, throughin-depth study, the following findings were obtained:The impact factor of the tire production process model was presented. Face with theshortcomings of analysis methods of existing production line balancing, this paperdiscussed the tire manufacturing process and its characteristics, established a processimpact factor calculation model through analysis of relationship between before andafter the procedure. the feasibility of the model was verified by empirical analysis.The shortest buffering time optimization model of bottleneck process was constructed.To solve the determination of buffering time of bottleneck problem, this papercomprehensively analyzed the production line balancing policies, and built anonlinear programming model of shortest buffer time based on theory of constraints.The solution process model was discussed based on differential evolution algorithmand the model was verified in the background of company Y.A plan for logistics system of ASRS was presented facing the production linebalancing. The composition of ASRS was described, the planning and design ofwarehouse was discussed combined with practical application object. A logisticssystem of ASRS was established based on eM-Plant and simulation was carried out.According to the results of this study, several proposals were proposed on theapplication and implementation of ASRS in enterprise.A RFID-based logistics visualization management system was established. The basicstructure of RFID was introduced; the system requirements and specific objectiveswere analyzed; on this basis, the framework of logistics visualization system isproposed. Then the plan of information perception and acquisition, storage management processes, warehouse security policy and method for manipulatorcontrol were elaborated. In the end, the implementation of the system was described.
