Analysis Of Optimization And Transformation Of Industrial Structure In Xuzhou

Industrial structure refers to the composition of various industries and a proportionalrelationship and linkages between various industries in a country or certain region.Industrial structure and economic growth are closely related. Reasonable industrialstructure optimization will obtain maximum economic benefit by enabling the efficientallocation of resources and energy. Xuzhou has a relatively large proportion of primaryindustry. In addition, the proportion of tertiary industry increases speedily, but the totalamount is less than the proportion of secondary industry. Xuzhou needs to break theshackles of the original development path to develop itself, adjusting the industrialstructure, accelerating industrial upgrading, and to achieve local economic development.This thesis is divided into seven parts： Part I, introduction includes researchbackground and significance, internal and external research review, research objectivesand methods, research contents and innovations. Part II, the theories of optimization andtransformation of industrial structure include the industrial structure, optimization of theindustrial structure, industrial restructuring, industry life cycle and other related concepts.Part III, this part is to borrow the experience of transformation and optimization ofindustrial structure. To summarize successful experience of industrial structure’soptimization and transformation, it is useful to get the general rules of optimization andtransformation of industrial structure and to get the revelation for Xuzhou industry inChina. Part IV, this part is for basic analysis of industrial development in Xuzhou, whichincludes specific analysis of the evolution of industrial structure and tertiary industrydevelopment status, characteristics and existing problems in Xuzhou, and which includesthe evaluation of overall quality of Xuzhou industrial structure by using Deviation-Share Method. Part V this part is internal and external environmental analysis ofoptimization and transformation of industrial structure in Xuzhou. According to theanalysis of internal and external environment of industrial transformation, it will besummarized that Xuzhou industrial transformation will face what kind of the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Part VI this part is the strategy study ofoptimization and transformation of industrial structure in Xuzhou, which clarifies thatindustrial transformation modes in Xuzhou are primarily development model policy ofinnovation industry, industrial diversification strategy, optimizing spatial layout strategy.Part VII, this part is for recommendations for policies of optimization and transformationof industrial structure in Xuzhou.
