Research On Financial Management Of Small And Micro Enterprises Of Plastic Industry In The Region Of Qiannan

The paper represents the research on financial management for small and micro plastic enterprises at the specific region,the Southern of Guizhou.Small and micro enterprises have become an important force in accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the domestic economy,the enterprises can expand labor employment and promote scientific and technological innovation.Since the industry of plastic have become the largest in China,small and micro enterprise would be particularly worthy of attention in the plastic industry.At present,the capital market has been covering a wide range of corporate financing and providing various forms of services.However,this form of financing service has insufficient connection points with the financing needs of enterprises in specific industries in the special region,and results in problems such as the difficulty in finance,then there has been a shortage of funds.So this has hardly promoted the development of potential industries in the region.Accroding to the research on the financing management of small and micro plastic enterprises in southern Guizhou,the author has studied the development status of small and micro enterprises in the plastics industry,and combined regional macro and micro policies.Then the author has analyzed the financial needs of enterprises in this industry,and proposed targeted financing channels and suggestions.The paper will be of great significance to the finance of small and micro enterprises in the plastics industry,promoting the healthy development of small and micro enterprises of the plastics industry in domestic.Under the above background,the author has referred to the financing methods and successful cases of foreign small and micro enterprises through literature and questionnaires,therefore the paper has the feasibility of research on financial management of small and micro enterprises in the plastics industry.Based on the basic theory of financing,especially the theory of enterprise and industry life cycle,and the theory of priority financing,the author has researched and analyzes the financial methods of internal financing and external financing for the enterprises,such as debt financing and equity financing.Focusing on difficult and expensive finance and so on,the author has combined with the realization of small and micro enterprises in the plastics industry,and studied the collection of first-hand materials from the industry competent authorities,especially the financing policies which is about the macro orientation.The research indicates that there are several reasons for the difficulty in finance for small and micro plastic enterprises,such as: the lack of financial planning,the incomplete accounting system,the lack of financing knowledge,the shortage of government resources,etc.Adhering to the problem-oriented approach,the author has proposed the financial strategies and suggestions for small and micro plastics enterprises: firstly,it is to establish financial rules;secondly,it is to enhance negotiation ability and expand the scale of accounts payable financing;thirdly,it is to build an information network for the plastics industry;fourthly,it is to promote the " interaction of loan and tax ";fifthly,it is to promote the financial advisory system.In addition,the safe countermeasures or measures for external finance of the plastics industry have also been proposed:to begin with,it is to list the name of companies in the plastics industry which need to be financed;what’s more,it is to explore the industrial credit loan model;the last but not least,it is to build a supply chain financing system.
