| The urban rail transportation needs huge investment and it is difficult to abtainbenefit,so it is difficult to meet the needs of rail transit construction by rely solely ongovernment finance capital investment. Thus, a variety of research about investment andfinancing mode of rail transportation to help local governments to select the appropriatemode according to the specific circumstances of the investment and financing of urban railtransit as well as expand financing channels, so that the construction and operation of railtransit become market-oriented gradually to solve common problem which the rail transitconstruction ‘s development is constrained by capital shortage.In this paper, we use the theory and methods of economics to analyze the operatingcharacteristics, investment and financing characteristics of rail transit, then combinedwith the development of rail transport mode in our country and abroad, focusing onanalysis of several common rail investment and financing models and characteristics ofeach of these types of models, and then we make a comparative study of several modelsin order to choose the right investment and financing mode according to the characteristicsof rail transit lines.Finally, through the analysis of the construction situation and investment andfinancing situation of rail traffic in Wuhan,we sum up many problems about investmentand financing. To solve these problems,we put forward recommendations from the policy,management, and operation of rail transit construction perspective. |
