A Comparative Study On Business Performance For The Small And Medium Enterprises In NEEQ

Drawing form the capital market at home and abroad, IPO effect exists extensivelyno matter in mature markets overseas or immature markets like Chinese Main board,Small and Medium-sized Board market, and the Growth Enterprise Market. After the IPO,the business performance didn’t grow much, yet slipped somehow. In that ease, howabout the listed companies in the New Third Broad market and did they also exist theeffect that the business performance slipped?Firstly, this thesis introduced the New Third Broad in China. Secondly, this thesistried to consider factors of both the special system environment and the development ofthe capital market in China, and choose four representative financial indicators toanalysis the companies’ performance by the method of T test. And in this study, we gotthe conclusion that the companies’ performance descend after they listed on New ThirdBroad. Thirdly, this thesis analyzed the factors which influenced the companies’ businessperformance. Fourthly, this thesis gave some suggestions to improve the New ThirdBroad and also hope to give some reference for the companies which choose list on theNew Third Broad.
