In the economic globalization today, triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisisin the global economic crisis, Chinese enterprises can not be alone either. As Increasinglyfierce market competition, enterprises unprecedented pressure, enterprise is facing a majorissue about how to maintain and upgrade the core competitiveness, to ensure continuedoperation ability. In an age of market competition, improve enterprise internalmanagement level, to the management is the inevitable choice of most enterprises tobenefit.It is very necessary and important that designed and set up a set of scientific,performance measurement system suited to the characteristics of the enterprise itself to theobjective and accurate evaluation of enterprise business performance, guide enterprisedevelopment.CHX company is in a strategic transformation, the original KPI performancemeasurement system has many problems that need to be solved. The author analyses theresearch of enterprise performance measurement theory, think EVA value creation andvalue management and strategic management function of BSC is CHX companyperformance evaluation system of lack. Methods have their advantages and disadvantagesof EVA and BSC theory, through comparison and analysis, put forward combining EVAand BSC, make the two complementary advantages, we can establish enterpriseperformance measurement system which the formation of EVA as the core, BSC as theframework. On this basis, combining with the actual situation of CHX company andbusiness characteristics, absorb the merits of the original KPI performance evaluationsystem, form the CHX company performance measurement system based on EVA.In order to ensure the new performance measurement system can play a role ofvalue creation and strategic control designed, the author thinks that must reform CHXcompany’s existing compensation system,and introduce the compensation incentive of EVA, named as the EVA bonus bank plan, Which really makes the interests of managersand shareholders to have consistent interests, increase the company value creation ability,value sharing.
