Methods have their advantages and disadvantagesof EVA and BSC theory, through comparison and analysis, put forward combining EVAand BSC, make the two complementary advantages, we can establish enterpriseperformance measurement system which the formation of EVA as the core, BSC as theframework. On this basis, combining with the actual situation of CHX company andbusiness characteristics, absorb the merits of the original KPI performance evaluationsystem, form the CHX company performance measurement system based on EVA.In order to ensure the new performance measurement system can play a role ofvalue creation and strategic control designed, the author thinks that must reform CHXcompany’s existing compensation system,and introduce the compensation incentive of EVA, named as the EVA bonus bank plan, Which really makes the interests of managersand shareholders to have consistent interests, increase the company value creation ability,value sharing.
