The Research On Crisis Management Status And Countermeasures Of Petroleum Industry

In our country, the petroleum industry is the pillar industry related to thenational economy and people’s livelihood. While, on account of thecharacteristics of the operation and production of petroleum industry, the risks inaccidents is potential. So the crisis management in the petrochemical enterprisesis one of the crucial issues.In recent years, in order to minimize the enterprise disasters and the lossesbrought by all kinds of crisis, more and more petroleum enterprises have begunto strengthen the crisis management. The Research on Crisis Management inpetroleum enterprises has significant realistic meanings.Taking Petrochina as an example, this thesis analyzes the present situationexisting in crisis management of petroleum enterprise. Futhermore, the thesisdraws lessons from domestic and international successful experience, uses the "4R Model" and "RHED" theory on crisis management, and then puts forwardthat the petroleum industry should construct all-around and whole process oncrisis management, including the reduction, readiness, response and recoveryfrom crisis. Finally the thesis suggests corresponding improvement measures oncrisis management.This thesis is a tentative research. There are still some defects in it, whichrequires further studies and investigations.
