This paper, starting from the traits and basic situation of commodity residentialhouse’s fully decoration, builds six first-grade indexes: interior space, remoldinginterior space, cryptic structure, and physical properties of equipment and residencefunction of green environmental protection, level of intelligence. Under it, there are18second-grade indexes, for instance, beautify the modeling and beautify the materialTaking commodity residential house’s fully decoration scheme A, B and C as anobject, through building the value evaluation index system of commodity residentialhouse’s fully decoration in chapter4, this paper evaluates commodity residential house’s fully decoration scheme scheme A, B and C and obtains the evaluating result:commodity residential house’s fully decoration scheme B is more suitable for the homebuilder.
