In recent years, with the deepening of China’s rapid economic development and reform ofBeichen District, the momentum of rapid economic development, the park investment, theconstruction of small towns, public infrastructure construction has made remarkableachievements. With the establishment of the northern city of Tianjin center strategy,development of Beichen district is ushered in the great opportunity. However, with the rapiddevelopment of economy, lagging land management strategies has gradually become animportant factor restricting the economic development, through the analysis of SWOT model oneconomic development in Beichen District, summed up the land management strategy ofBeichen district is the weakness of its economic development, the current land managementstrategy has been unable to meet the needs of economic development, land management policyadjustment and improvement of imminent.This paper adopts many research methods, through the study of Beichen district landmanagement strategies and the analysis of the status quo, and finishing the Beichen area in therecent three years the scale of land and illegal occupation of land and other data, through dataanalysis and typical case study analysis, summed up the Beichen district land managementproblems lies in the unreasonable industrial structure, low level of economical and intensive anda large number of illegal land occupation and land management issues, but also restricted theeconomic development of Beichen district. Finally, from the theory of social responsibility pointof view put forward the optimization of industrial layout, improve the level of intensive land use,the implementation of the accountability system and intensify law enforcement and otherimproved land management strategy of Beichen District, the relevant measures, as well as thecorresponding prevention mechanism and guarantee measures. Strategy has higher practicalvalue, to curb illegal land behavior occurred in Beichen District, has an important significance toensure the rapid development of economy and orderly.
