With the growing competition in the market of building decoration, constantlydeepening reform of the management system, more and more companies are findingthe cost of construction and management controls gradually occupied the company’score ideological position, there are three project management control objectives toprogress, cost, quality, cost management is the focus of which, throughout theconstruction process of the project, the successful cost management directly affectsthe profitability of the situation and the level of project development of enterprises.This thesis is based on theoretical knowledge of cost management for the pilotproject, in conjunction with the enterprise case studies of specific projects, this paperintroduces the theory of knowledge management project costs, and to analyze thecurrent status quo at home and abroad, through theoretical knowledge, learning,object to study a detailed analysis from around the former project start to confirmobjectives of the program, implementing cost control programs, as well as in theimplementation process of data large collection and analysis, we use a targetdecomposition be recognized objectives of the program, the use of earned value anddeviation analysis combining data construction process, analysis of the constructioncost of the project control problems and form factors to this problem, in the finalresearch paper by the project targeted analysis of many problems currently exist inpractice, and put forward the corresponding measures for improvement, the resultscan be seen for the first four weeks of the analysis to improve the effectiveness of theproject cost control and cost control throughout comprehensiveness, but also tofacilitate its implementation in the next phase of the project cost control andmanagement of work.
