Study On The Optimization Of The Dairy Enterprise Logistics Cost Based On4PL

With the gradual development of the national economy, people’s consumptionhabits change gradually, the market for consumer demand for dairy products isincreasing year by year. Dairy industry is one of the most important industry in thenational economy, focus on the development of it has a very far-reaching significance.In China, the main dairy industry development is subject to three main factors: milk,consumption habits and transport distance. First of all, the raw material of dairyproducts is mainly raw milk, our country’s milk source mainly is in the northern area,the establishment and the raise milk source area receives the long time cycle and thelimited pasture limit. Secondly, the habitual consumers of dairy products does not existat present in China, spending habits are formed with inheritance, persistent and guided,improved within a short time is very difficult. Third, dairy products quality guaranteeperiod is short, the main consumer groups present in the south, long transport distance,the enterprise is facing a serious problem of the high cost of logistics, it has also becomethe key product sales.The main research object of this paper is China’s dairy business logistics costs, firststated the related theory of logistics and logistics cost, logistics cost shows theimportant position occupied in the cost management in enterprise. Secondly, combiningthe current situation of the logistics of the dairy industry in our country, throughinterviews and other channels, the operating status of logistics cost, a detailed analysisof the current situation, to understand the logistics cost high dairy enterprises. Toimprove the current situation, the cost of optimization, and proposes a new organization--the fourth party logistics form of logistics development in (4PL), and then thedevelopment of dairy enterprises (including the4PL applicability analysis of necessity and feasibility analysis), the new mode of operation of logistics for the establishment ofdairy enterprises. To construct the measurement model of logistics cost of dairyenterprises related theory and application of ABC. Finally, a large dairy enterprises inChina as an example, in the different mode of operation of the logistics cost calculationand comparative analysis, proof of the fourth party logistics for dairy enterprises toreduce cost and improve benefits have a positive effect. This study opens up a new pathof dairy enterprise development to a certain extent.
