Research On The RFID Investment Decision Under The Green Supply Chain Operation Mode

With the unceasingly highlighting contradiction of the economy, the society andthe environment, human are attaching more importance to the environment,ecological and energy efficient, with the rapid development of green supply chain,the effective information records, high share and continuity is the key factors ofefficient operation of the green supply chain. In the green supply chain,RFID withadvantages of dealing with information attaching much importance.Being different from the previous research on the applications of RFIDtechnology in the supply chain, this article mainly from the following angles for thedeeper study:First,with the RFID implementation in the green supply chain model as theresearch object, on the basis of the comprehensive theoretical research results aboutRFID in the green supply chain operation model, do the further research on itsspecific operating mode, the implementation of risk, success factors and futuredevelopment;The second, being different from the previous studies which only analyze thereverse supply chain adopting RFID or a single angle of commodity misplacedanalysis in the supply chain, this paper consider the inventory misplaced, used goodsrecycling, credit cost, inventory cost, the share factors of RFID tags, the volatility ofconsumer demand, the wholesale price,adopts the research method of themathematical model, using the improved newsboy model and Matlab software,establish and analyze centralized and decentralized investment model of greensupply chain, including manufacturers and retailers recycling used goods in greensupply chain model, according to the decentralized model, analyze the RFIDinvestment of the decentralized model,consider single manufacturer and singleretailer in two levels of green supply chain, conducted a quantitative research aboutinvestment decision and coordination problems. Finally, adopting the revenue sharing contract in the green supply chain, solvingthe problem of double marginalized dispersible and respectively by retailers andmanufacturers recycling benefits differences, it is concluded that RFID technologyinvestment decision points.Through the above research, this paper concluded that RFID has the positiveimpact on green supply chain operation and improves the economic benefits of thegreen supply chain.
