Reform of institutions is to ask the current social development, public institutions payfor performance reform is the reform of institutions of the key issues. In2006, ourmanagement practices and institutions to improve the wages of salary, performance paysalary and wages constituted the foundation for the further reform. In2009,the StateCouncil decided to implement pay for performance of public institutions, and graduallyform a reasonable level of performance pay decision mechanism, improve the allocation ofincentives and improve macro-control allocation mechanism.A Company is operating public institutions, and also implement pay for performancewith our institutions, to improve the incentive mechanism and arouse the enthusiasm ofwork.Based on the A Company as the research object, on the basis of abundantinvestigation, analysis of wage reform status of the company and the performance andproblems, combined with the work features, application of KPI and360°Feedback, combined with the methods of literature investigation, questionnairesurvey and interviews, to optimize the design of the performance pay the reformscheme, and puts forward the related strategies. First pointed out performance pay reformprogram optimization strategy ideas, namely the optimization goal-to build value-basedpositions, and Position performance pay system performance associated fully reflectfairness and incentive, to stimulate enthusiasm for work, improve work efficiency; thenoptimization strategy proposed preparatory work, including the work of organizationalleadership and re-analysis, job evaluation; then clarify optimized post employmentprograms, performance appraisal system and performance pay programs; finally,optimization strategies implemented safeguards, including the organization of culturalsecurity, training communication security, improve internal salary management.
