Because of the birth of electric banks such as ATM, Online Bank and so on, people canapply for financial service by themselves. It allows people to apply for Micro Loan not onlyin real bank, but also on ATM, which helps people to save time and energy. With more andmore banks launch self-service micro loan, some problems appear: when providing microloan service, the existing user interface lacks of availability because of deficiency ofthoughtful consideration at the beginning of design. This dissertation is trying to solve theproblem of being lack of availability from the way of doing research on existing ATMintergreted with micro loan, and explore the best solution to the ATM intergreted withmicro loan with method called guided-design. Then spread this solution to fit the usualsolution of combining ATM with new businesses.Dissertation starts with collecting articles, getting to know the conclusion thatacademic area has obtained so far, which lays the foundation of this time of research.Second, beginning with the research on existing micro loan ATM and users. With twokinds of methods----survey online and survey offline, we can get two conclusions:1clearup and classify the existing ATM;2clear up and classify the users who have need to domicro loan service on ATM.Third, judge whether each need point is valuable or not and preserve thepossible-to-be-realized point considering the real condition of ATM·s design.Forth, investing and analyzing the core idea and the latest research conclusion ofguided-design, on the premise of considering relation between human, machine,environment and business, with the method of guided-design and convert the need point tothe design point.Fifth, get the feedback of the solution from users, and summarize the advantages anddisadvantages of the solution.Lastly, get inspiration from the activity of redesign, and summarize the usual designprinciple of ATM when dealing with more and more requirements.
