In recent years, with the rapid development of technology, electronic products arechanging with each passing day, and it had brought an enormous number of e-waste. Atpresent, China’s methods of recycling and disposal for e-waste are not very standardized; itwould do serious harm to the ecological environment. So finding a reasonable and efficientrecycling channel has become a key problem in the whole society.Based on this background, firstly, we studied the situation which is related to themanagement of electronic waste’s recycling in both domestic and foreign country. At thesame time, we found the basic theory of the reward point system--the customer loyaltytheory. We made a newly comprehensive model in order to find the factors which hadinfluence on the decision of the channel for the consumer to recycle the electronic wastebased on the theory. Secondly, we used the questionnair and the analysis of the channels forthe recycling selected by the structural equation model; we finally found the factors whichwould influnce the intention for the e-waste recycling. In the end, this thesis introduced theeffect of the point systems with a fraction named cashback rate to the entire closed-loopsupply chain system to see whether it would make any inflence on the profit of themerchandiser, the retailers and the third-party.Using the method of reverse Game, wefinially got the relationship between the cashback rate and the profit of the merchandiser, the retailers and the third-party.According to the results of the questionnaire, the perceived usefulness, perceived easeof use, attitude, perceived behavioral control, and institutional factors are making theimpact to the consumer’s choice of electronic waste’s recycling. We also found that thereward points system should be exchanged by cash and should try to shorten both thedistance and the time of the recycling. At the same time, according to analysis of the modelof closed-loop supply chain, we could get the conclusion that the profit of the merchandiser, the retailers and the third-party would increase with the increasing of the point’s cash-backrate when the government is responsible for the subsidy of the reward point system. This thesis tries to provide a long-lasting mechanism for our electronic waste to solvethe key problem of electronic waste recycling from the source, at the same time we alsoprovides a reference for the recycling of all types of waste in the future and provide adviceon the path of circular economy for China. In this paper, we also introduced the impact of the points system to the optimization process of the closed-loop supply chain, it wouldcombin the research of comsumer behavior with the theory of colsed-loop supply chain, and definately broaden the field of supply chain.
