Study On The Improvement Of Product Quality Supervision Effectiveness

Product quality is the life of enterprise, also an important factor toaffect the economic development and social stability. However, China’scurrent level of product quality is not high, because of the lack ofgovernment supervision. To create a good quality environment for themarket, to supervise product quality and achieve product quality safetysupervision more closely, to avoid the occurrence of systemic, regionaland industry products quality and safety incidents, to safeguard theinterests of the masses, are responsibilities of all the governments.This paper mainly studies in the new situation, how to improve theexisting product quality supervision mode of government. Based on ourcurrent product quality supervision mode, analyze the defects and reasonsof the mode. This paper will put forward the path of improvement ofproduct quality supervision mode, forming a pattern oriented governmentsupervision of product quality improvement, relying on the professionalknowledge of public management and quality management, and researchof these kinds of literature. As an example, the practice of ShanghaiSongjiang District further demonstrates the feasibility of improvement. This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is to introducethe problems, clarifying the research object, research methods，researchstatus and research significance; the second part is theoreticalexplanations, introduction management aspects of the basic theory; thethird part is the present situation and analysis, according to the lowproduct quality level, from the view of the effectiveness of governmentproduct quality supervision, to point out the problems and deficiencies,and further to find out the reasons; the fourth part is monitoring thequality of research experience in developed countries; the fifth part isthe improvement research, through the basic theory and policy analysis ofthe management, quality management, and government regulatoryrequirements, put forward the concrete improvement measures andmethods; the sixth part is a case study, take Shanghai Songjiang Districtas an example, to demonstrate the validity of the improved model; theseventh part is the conclusion, forming a conclusion of this paper.This innovation is mainly reflected in the public management theorydrawing into product quality supervision. Under the guidance of thetheory, giving full play to the market and social role, the quality of creditmanagement, the quality of government incentives, quality level analysis,the implementation of corporate responsibility, new concepts above areintroduced as the government quality supervision mode, to improve thecurrent China’s supervision of product quality, and achieve good effect in practice. Therefore, the research results of this paper have the certainreference value to the promotion of quality level and the effective qualitysupervision of the government.
