Nowadays more and more sports brands realize that market competition has been turnedfrom within the enterprise to within the supply chain groups. The situation is getting fierceespecially when the traditional future model in supply chain management caused the greatmarket inventory trouble. The side effect of the trouble not only holds back sports brandsdevelopment but also badly hurts some sports brands revenue. Driven by all kinds of internaland external issues, some sports brands take the initiative to change its supply chain model fromfutures model to more flexible continuous replenishment model. In order to ensure the effective implementation of continuous replenishment supply chainmodel, this paper proposes a supply chain performance evaluation system based on supplychain processes, and focusing on finance/customer/internal process/continuous learning andgrowing balance. The knowledge of the system establishment comes from the study oncontinuous supply chain and some typical performance evaluation tool. The evaluation systemfits to the continuous replenishment supply chain model and includes both static metrics forfinancial and dynamics metrics such as product flexibility and response time to timely reflectthe supply chain operation situation. In this way, the system is able to better describe thecontinuous replenishment supply chain features as collaboration, forecasting, planning, andreplenishment. Furthermore, the system can optimize the sports brands future developmentother than sacrificing the opportunities to the short-term economic interests. Additionally, as acombination of both the balanced scorecard and supply chain operations reference modeladvantage, this system can ensure the effective implementation of the transformation strategyand provide sports brands with more tangible approaches of the decomposition, quantitativemethods.Otherwise, the paper uses system dynamics model to enhance the visualization of processdecomposition and analysis. The paper also proposes an evaluation process compatible with theperformance evaluation system to ensure the system implementation. To avoid the potentialcommunication conflicts during the evaluating activities, the paper puts forward a set ofcommunication management method. At the end of the paper, a business case is adopted for theperformance evaluation system practicality value discussion and ANOVA is used to validate theway of using the coefficient of variation for product selection.
