With the booming of economic development in Heilongjiang province, theairport’s handling capacity of passengers rises at a blazing speed in Heilongjiangprovince. Since Heilongjiang airport group is facing new opportunities andchallenges. The development of layout and step ofthe main line and branch line is designed.
