Research On The Quota Of Production Crew By The Working Day Recording

The sixth oil production plant of Daqing Oilfield Company based on thecurrent standard personnel quota management. It’s macro and no refinement tothe production team. The personnel quotas of production team is according to theworkload in the original. When the team is unable to complete the productiontask because of the heavy workload,it is usually increased the number ofpersonnel. Instead the team of the light workload does’t ask for reducing thenumber of personnel. This situation affected the working efficiency of oilproduction team.The research approach of production crew norm quota basing on theworking day recording is proposed to study production crew norm quota of sixthproduction plant of Daqing Oilfield according to analyzing the norm quotaresearch situation home and aboard.By organizing21experts to respectivelyobserving21production workers for23days, rich and real field data is collected.Meanwhole the data is devided into4parts.The model which consists of fourprojects is established according to analyzing the data on work project. They arethe preparation and end time (Tzj), time (Tj), organization release time (Tzzk)and personal needs and rest time (Tgxk)."Benchmarking management" is used todetermine the different values, and the norm time of each component isseparately calculated. The mean, median, respectively the three or four digit,standard deviation, coefficient of variation of30groups of data are calculated byusing statistical method. According to the standard deviation, coefficient ofvariation in size, put forward the improvement measures of quota. Fixed timeof the four tasks were calculated according to the content of the standard value ofquota time. The number of well was calculated by quota time in diferent standardvalues. The number of the production team was calculated corresponding to thesingle well.Finally, combined with the actual situation, the "median" is selectedas the target value. The three or four digit is selected as late as the standardvalue.The accurate production crew quota can provide scientific and reliable basis for the enterprise performance management and bonus review managementsystem.
