A Study On State-owned Enterprise Annuity Project Design

With the rapid aging process in our society at present, the old-age care has becomeboth a heated topic and a social problem that must be solved during a period of transition ofour society. However, it is difficult to carry out the basic endowment insurance system’sreform and enterprise annuity system has not been developed healthily yet. As a main bodyof enterprise annuity, because of its non-compulsories, state-owned enterprises play adecisive role in propelling the development of enterprise annuity in our country. This paper,in terms of state-owned enterprises, analyzes the importance of enterprise annuity and theexisting problems in the operation and explores the key elements in the design of enterpriseannuity project, in order to provide some lessons and references for drawing up an annuityplan of state-owned enterprises.In the first chapter, the author introduces the background and the meaning of thetopic selected. In the second,, the author gives a brief description of the concept ofenterprise annuity and the related theories. In the third, the author analyzes thesignificance of developing enterprise annuity and brings forward some problems existing inthe carry-out process. In the fourth, the features of enterprise annuity, in the U.S and Japan,and the effects on enterprise human resources management are introduced in detail. In thefifth, it illustrates in a comprehensive way the current situation of state-owned enterpriseshuman resource and the construction direction of modern human resource managementsystem. In the sixth, it states in depth the design elements in enterprise project. In theseventh, it explains entirely the procedures and the methods of establishing annuity plan.Finally it comes to its conclusion and its prospects.
