Well-known and Famous Trademarks as the important intangible asset ofenterprises, not only represent the company’s reputation and image, but also becomean outreach business card. Maintaining a favorable environment for the developmentof the Well-known and Famous Trademark Enterprises and promoting the rapiddevelopment of the Well-known and Famous Trademark Enterprises, is an importanttask for the current government, also become one of the key aspects of vitalizing theregional economic development. Tianjin Binhai Hi-tech Industrial Development Area(referred to "Tianjin Hi-tech Industry Park") has always implemented the TrademarkDevelopment Strategic Planning actively for many years, and promoted theimplementation of trademark strategy comprehensively, made a series ofachievements, and achieved a new breakthrough on the Development of theWell-known and Famous Trademark Enterprises in the Hi-tech Industry Park. Theauthor combining with the personal practice and experience from the governmentdepartment of the Tianjin Hi-tech Industry Park, basing on the comprehensivesummary about the achievements and development results of the Well-known andFamous Trademark Enterprises in the Hi-tech Industry Park, focuses on the analysisabout the factors which restrict the Well-known and Famous Trademark enterprises tofurther development currently, presents the corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions, and gives advice and suggestions to promote the Well-known andFamous Trademark enterprises development by the Hi-tech Industry Park in the nextphase.The thesis is divided into five parts. Firstly, a detailed analysis and elaboration iscarried out about the Government-enterprise Relationship, on the basis of theIntroduction for the related concepts and the theoretical overview about theGovernment-enterprise Relationship at home and abroad. Then the implementation oftrademark strategy for Enterprise Development is discoursed with the greatsignificance from the two aspects of the importance and necessity about theimplementation of trademark strategy. After that, the restraining factors whichcurrently exist in the Well-known and Famous Trademark Enterprises developmentare identified, by means of analyzing the Current Situation of the Well-known and Famous Trademark Enterprises Development in Tianjin Hi-tech Industry Park, thepolicies and measures made by the Hi-tech Industry Park to promote the Well-knownand Famous Trademark Enterprises development, and the Typical cases of theenterprise development. Finally, the thesis works out corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions, proceeding from the two aspects of promoting enterprisesdevelopment and guiding enterprises to implement trademark strategy, and looksahead to the future prospects of the Well-known and Famous Trademark Enterprisesdevelopment in the Hi-tech Industry Park.
