Research On Government Accounting Information Platform Construction Under The Centralized Accounting Mode

This article researches on the construction of the government’s accountinginformationization platform under the centralized accounting mode. The paper seeksscientific, reasonable and effective methods in order to guide and help the governmentscientifically and effectively realizes the platform construction under the centralizedaccounting mode, through theorized induction of the processes and methods ofplatform construction,.The analysis and study have been made in this paper in a structure of generalintroduction of relevant principles, theorized summarization in platform formulationprocess, case study and the final conclusion statement, where the methods ofaccounting information demands investigation and systematic model selection havebeen elaborated by starting with analysis of the government’s accounting informationdemands and accounting informationization systematic model selection. Furthermore,the preparation tasks in early stage of accounting informationization platformconstruction have been summarized, including hardware and software platformconstruction processes and contents; detailed analysis has been made on initializationof accounting information system, initialization of financial data, training of systemapplication staff and specific implementation processes such as system testing andtrial operation; what’s more, the potential problems that could occur during systemtesting and trial operation have been concluded along with corresponding solutions.Finally, after studying on the actual case in Shenzhen Bao An district, it can beconfirmed that the implementation processes and methods of the platformconstruction in this paper are scientific, reasonable and effective, and they can guideand help the government to realize scientifically and effectively the platformconstruction under the centralized accounting mode.
