The Study Of The Town-edged Village’s Development Mode In Such New Urbanization Background

Urbanization is not only an important indicator of the human civilization development but also an important stage of social productivity development. As the development of urbanization continues to accelerate the pace, China’s economy has been developing rapidly since the Reform and Opening. During the period of urbanization development, China’s urban population continues to gather, urban space rapidly expand and spread in the region, most of the town’s regional spatial structure coming in the simultaneous rapid construction period of central area and the peripheral region, the urban area rapidly moves to suburbs and outer suburbs, urban built-up area continues to expand, boundaries of urban and rural areas increasingly blurred. On the spatial structure, the urban fringe appeared which is the most sensitive, biggest change and the most rapidly developing——the urban fringe, while the main of the region is the town-edged village. However under the background of rapid urbanization development, the development of town-edged village has fallen into an unordered blind development situation, which brings a negative influence to the town development that cannot be ignored. Meanwhile, the current development of the town-edged village also has been unable to better meet the needs of contemporary society in many aspects such as municipal infrastructure, ecological environment and so on. If the town-edged village cannot develop well, it will bring all sorts of social problems, such as "Urban Disease","Three Rural Issues" and so on.In this paper, we take50town-edged villages in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan as the object of study, mainly study their development on the background of new urbanization. This paper uses the method of combining theory with practice, on the basis of the relevant theory and research dynamic to discuss the problem of the town-edged village from the industrial structure, land use, and to research the main features of the town-edged village in several aspects, such as spatial layout, economic structure, and ecological environment. Through the analysis of the town-edged village theory and practice of the domestic and international building, combining planning practice, summed up the main types of town-edged village; exploring the development rules of town-edged village, and to deal with the various problems caused by differences between urban and rural areas, and to explore the main mode suited to the development of China’s town-edged village. And point out that drawing up scientific and reasonable town-edged village development planning, guiding the development of the industry correctly, achieving a reasonable industrial layout, accelerating infrastructure construction,realizing public facilities for the reasonable matching, protecting the environment, developing modern ecological agriculture are the basic guarantee and measures for the sustainable development of town-edged village.This paper focuses on the analysis of Shaping village, Biquan village and Hongxing village, including the underlying conditions, development advantages, etc.. According to the development direction, this study respectively designed development modes for industrial park, rural tourism and new rural community, and to propose a solution and recommendations for the town-edged village development under current background of the new urbanization.
