Research On The Coordination Between Urbanization And Change Of Cultivated Land Resources In Hubei Province

On the stage of rapid urbanization in Hubei, To achieve sustainability goals "one toeat first, then building, taking into account ecological", We must correctly understand therelationship between urbanization and change of cultivated land resources and deal withtheir conflicts. Based on the level of urbanization in Hubei Province to make a scientificmeasure, The article use the coordination degree model to analyze the relationshipbetween urbanization and change of cultivated land resources in Hubei resources. At thesame time, according to the city of Hubei economic positioning and trends, the articlepredict the degree coordination of urbanization and change of cultivated land resources for2015and2020.Finally, effective measures for rapid urbanization and change of cultivatedland resources contradictory is proposed.Firstly, the article make a calculation for the province of urbanization in the use ofthe composite index method. Then the status of areas of arable land resources detailing forthe province is described from three aspects: quantity, quality and ecology. On this basis,the article use quantitative analysis method to make a thorough inquiry of the relationshipbetween urbanization and the number of and change of cultivated land resources in HubeiProvince explored from1978to2012.It shows that: urbanization and change of cultivatedland in Hubei Province was a significant negative correlation, and the greatest impact inthe many drivers on the infield is urbanization.Secondly,the coordination degree model is used to analyze the relationship betweenurbanization and change of cultivated land resources in Hubei Province. The resultsindicate the degree of coordination between the two values is low, showing a reluctance toreconcile state, and cultivated land resources barely remain within the carrying capacitythreshold. Scilicet, the development of urbanization is sacrificed at the expense of arableland resources. Coordinated degree’ ascent implies cultivated land increase or decrease ina relatively small extent in the amplitude of the year, and vice versa. Meanwhile,according to the city of Hubei economic positioning and trends for2015and2020, thearticle predict the level of urbanization, the number of cultivated land resources and theirdegree coordination. Comprehensive indicate that urbanization and change of cultivated land in HubeiProvince was a significant negative correlation. In addition, the development ofurbanization is sacrificed at the expense of cultivated land resources. In the foreseeable,without considering the policy adjustment, the lack of coordination between urbanizationand cultivated land resources will exist for a long time. Therefore, the local governmentshould make measures from the following aspects: starting with two aspects ofurbanization and cultivated land resources, optimize the allocation of resources, intensiveuse of land resources, then alleviate the contradiction between people and land. Finally,promote the coordinated development between urbanization and change of cultivated landresources to achieve sustainable socio-economic development.
