Application And Management Of China Mobile SMS Busines Mode In The Banking Industry

The application of the mobile information technology in banking greatlypromotes the development of the banking business, but also intensifies thecompetition among banks. Banks are actively seeking the corresponding fast, efficient,high-quality service to improve their service quality and service image.Based on the application of mobile agent server (MAS) short message service ofChina Mobile in the banking industry, the actual case study of the bank using MAS tosend text messages shows the problems in the bank information construction.Countermeasures for business improvement of China Mobile’s MAS short messageservice are proposed for the bank system information, and convenient, fast, practical,low cost, efficient transfer solutions are provided.The status of China Mobile MAS is reviewed, and the application of MAS shortmessage service in Bank is studied; the cause analysis for the bank MAS shortmessage failure and user complaints shows there are MAS backlog in the messagesending process; then the problems and reasons in the MAS short message locationbacklog is analyzed, and the optimization process is given; the confidence intervalevaluation of short message peak, high priority solution feasibility analysis,development, test and on-line operation, and the full realization of the MAS messagein the bank are guarantee for the convenient, safe and efficient bank service, it canimprove the efficiency of bank service and increase the user service satisfaction.
