In the context of economic globalization, companies are not immune to any one. Toachieve development in an increasingly competitive market environment, therequirements of resource sharing and complementary advantages are essential for anycompany largely. However, cooperation is not easy, especially in technicalcooperation projects for the innovation cooperation under the premise of the failurerate has been stubbornly high. The management team communication and relationshipmanagement is embedded in a panacea to solve this dilemma. Their relationships andwhat a role they played in the co-innovation project management have been still in anunknown state. Therefore, this article emerged in this contextBased on domestic and foreign study of "team communication","relationshipembedding" and " team performance ", combined with research interviews, this paperproposed a study on team communication management of cooperative innovationproject in a perspective on relationship embedded. The paper used managementtheory, cooperation and innovation theory, social network theory, relations embeddedin theory, and combined with the actual situation of co-innovation projects proposeda model about embedding relations adjust the relation of team communication andteam performance. Based on this model, respectively, the paper proposedmultidimensional measurement dimensions of team communication from micro andmedium level, including communication mechanisms (communication system,communication media) and communication behavior (communication frequency,communication mode, communication level); The paper proposed dynamicfeedback model of team communication and relation embedded in the innovation andcooperation process, and proposed the mechanism of team communication andrelationships embedded based on cooperation and innovation mechanism projectlifecycle. Finally, to further validate the relationship between team communicationmanagement and relationship embedded management in the actual work of unity, thepaper continued to propose a structural equation model about communication system,communication media, communication mode, communication level and team trustlevel, information sharing level.I used SPSS to do multi-level regression model finding that in the course of theproject team, team communication and team performance management have a significant positive effect, while relationship embedded management not beingignored, because the relationship embedded plays a role in the team communicationmanagement process; In addition, I used AMOS to do structural and path analysis,finding that communication system, communication media, communication mode,communication level and team trust level, information sharing level have respectivelypositive path relationships, which further validated the conclusions expected: in theteam management, communication management and relationship embeddedmanagement should be embedded in complementary and indispensable.
