Energy resource is power of national economic, and plays a decisive role in thedevelopment of the economy, national security and social stability. In recent years, asthe production and sales of car grows rapidly in China,the vehicle holdings present atrend of increasing in China, and the demand of oil is increasing rapidly. As China is acountry lack of energy relatively,the conflict between the supply and the demand oftraditional energy becomes tight, and the external dependency of oil rises sharply.Atthe same time,a large amount of consumption in the traditional energy increasesgreenhouse gas emissions and aggravates the pollution.In recent years, energy savingand emission reduction,developing green alternative energy have become theconsensus of the world. Department of transportation is one of the fastest developingdomain in energy demand, and the development of automotive alternative fuel is animportant part of promoting energy substitution project. To develop the motor biofuel,improving energy structure becomes the inevitable choice of ensuring our energysecurity.In the long run,the rapid development of the motor biofuel industry is anirreversible trend.Therefore, motor biofuel industry has very important significancefor economic development in China.Automobile biofuel industry can reducedependence on oil resource for our country, ensure our country’s national security, atthe same time, protect our environment, guarantee the sustainable development ofeconomy,realize the harmony and stability of society and the successfultransformation of industry. For motor biofuel industry, the main influence factor onthe large-scale development and realization of the economic and social benefit is thebreakthrough and mature of technology.R&D decision-making has a fundamental rolein the development of automobile biofuel.The R&D decision-making of theautomobile biofuel involves each aspect,such as industry chain, government policies,colleges and universities, consumer and so on.This thesis analyzes mainly the R&Ddecision-making of automobile biofuel,in order to lay the framework for itslarge-scale application.Comparied with the developed countries in the world,thedevelopment and the technical level of motor biofuel industry in our country is still ata disadvantage.Therefore, this thesis analyzes all kinds of influence factors forautomobile biofuel in our country, and puts forward R&D decision-making way andsafeguard measures to help the research and development of motor biofuel industry.This thesis revolves around the subject,using a combination of means, particularly literature method,statistical analysis method,comparative method,empirical analysis method to analyze the R&D path of automobile biofuel.Firstlyexpounded the background and research significance of this topic,put forwardresearch content and research methods. Secondly elaborated the generalization andthe research status of automobile biofuel,concluded the significance,classification,technology characteristic,existing main problem and research trend.Onthe basis,focused on the influence factors on the R&D decision-making of automobilebiofuel in our country, and used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) forcomprehensive analysis and evaluation.Again,this thesis expounded the principles andideas for constructing R&D decision-making system,analyzed the production path andthe industry technology roadmap of automobile biofuel,and on the basis used thewhole life cycle assessment to evaluates overall six production routes.Then describedthe optimization scheme on the research and development pattern of motorbiofuel,discussed the effect of the industrial chain, put forward the guaranteemeasures of optimization scheme.Then taken T group as an example,analyzed itsdevelopment system, and carried on the evaluation, pointed out its strategic directionof development for automobile biofuel.Finally,made a general summary and predictedthe prospect of future development.
