The Research Of Development Path Of Guangxi Industrial Ecologicalization

The trend of economic globalization has promoted the rapid development ofChinese economy, at the same time, urbanization and industrialization has madetremendous success. GDP has surpassed Japan, ranking the second place of the worldin2010. But behind the economic development, there has been a huge resource andenvironmental costs. The imbalance phenomenon is more evident in economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits, regional differences in economicdevelopment is being increase, the ecological environment has been destructed andit limit the economic development. The economy and the environment cannot adaptto the improve of the times and the people’s living standards，so it bring a seriesof social problems. It is not conducive to the construction of our prosperity,democracy, civilization, harmonious modern socialist country. The old industrialdevelopment pattern has been unable to adapt the requirements of economy andecology. The development concept and mode of the Industrial Ecology is graduallyaccepted by most countries in the world, and it become the new industry standardtoday. In this paper, the author put the Industrial Ecology in the Guangxi ZhuangAutonomous Region, and hope to evaluate the current situation of it, at the sametime, give the path to explore.This paper has introduced the theory basis and practical experience the ofthe Industrial Ecology, and to deepen the focus from the four angles of industryniche, industrial ecological chain, industrial cluster, transfer of industry andindustrial deepening, and give the in-depth description of the Industrial Ecologytheory. Then, through the empirical study of the practical problems of Guangxi,it constructs the evaluation index system of ecological industry. This evaluationindex system has four criterion layers and fifteen index layers, and use the AHPto determine the index weight through expert scoring. According to the changesin industrial ecology development level of evaluation index of Guangxi in recentten years, and make a briefly horizontal comparison with the developed provinces and neighboring provinces, we can understand the level of Industrial Ecology inGuangxi. Finally, this paper analyses the factors of hindering the developmentof ecological industry in Guangxi, and puts forward policy suggestions on thedevelopment path.
