Research On Competitiveness Of High-tech Industrial Cluster In Jiangsu Province

Devoting major efforts to developing high-tech industrial clusters are important ways forenhance regional competitiveness in Jiangsu Province. Through the analysis of relevantliterature, current scholars tend to focus on the research of industrial cluster, and there are fewhigh-tech industrial clusters and its competitive analysis, and related literature is mostly aboutconnotation, developing mechanism and factors affecting competitiveness of the high-techindustry cluster, and competitiveness has not yet formed a unified model of quantitativeanalysis. Therefore, through the collection and collation of relevant information, with anemphasis on the theory of industrial cluster development and deepening, which applies thetheory to study on evaluation of high-tech industry cluster and its competitiveness in JiangsuProvince.Based on the theory about the concept, growth mechanism and the factors influencing thecompetitiveness of industrial cluster, this article will regard, Jiangsu Province, high-techindustrial clusters as a research object, through the application of comparative analysis, caseanalysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of their level of development andcompetitiveness for qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation, hoping for the region’shigh-tech industry development policy formulation to provide some reference. First of all,analyses the development of Niangua’s high-tech industrial cluster, that is, on the wholedevelopment is in good condition but there are still serious issues of lacking independentinnovation capability, industry isomorphism phenomena and imbalance of regionaldevelopment, as well as by analyzing successful development experiences of India Bangaloresoftware industry cluster, to provides policies and recommendations for solving the presentproblems in cluster development of Jiangsu Province; Then, based on the above analysis, applymethods of statistical analysis in the evaluation of individual indicators on the factors affectingprovincial high-tech industrial cluster competitiveness, and preliminarily analysis of the levelof regional high-tech industrial cluster competitiveness; Then, combine the above statisticalindicators with qualitative indicators in accordance with the principles of science and systemic,thus building of Jiangsu Provincial high-tech industrial cluster competitiveness evaluationindex system; Shortly thereafter, build out integrated competitiveness fuzzy evaluation model,and applies the model on the empirical analysis of Jiangsu Provincial electronic informationindustry clusters competitiveness, thereby draws the following conclusions: The integratedcompetitiveness Jiangsu Provincial electronic information industry clusters is General of level,which competitiveness of clusters resources into capacity, brand of capacity, clusters policyenvironment, clusters life environment and clusters technology support environment is strongof level, and competitiveness of clusters marketing capacity, technological innovation capability and industry collaboration capacity is General of level; Finally, combines the conclusions onfuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Jiangsu Provincial electronics and information industrialcluster competitiveness and the individual evaluation results of high-tech industrial clusters,then put forward suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of Jiangsu Provincial high-techindustrial clusters, such as create a cluster innovation environment, optimize the industrialstructure and accelerating the pace of internationalization of clusters and so on.
