Study Of Railway Worker Safety Consciousness Education

Railway enterprise is the artery of economic development in China, which plays an important role in the process of modernization construction in our country. Railway enterprise security accidents not only hamper the development of our modernization development, but also hinder the healthy and long-term development of railway enterprise, even threaten the safety of the railway worker.Chinese overall railway transportation enterprise production condition is safe. Large railway accidents are basically eliminated, but small safety accidents occurred frequently. There are many reasons caused railway accidents, but the railway worker’s weak safety consciousness is one of the most important reasons.This paper studied and analyzed aiming at the importance of safety consciousness education of railway worker, and taking Yuncheng Shanxi as example, mainly by questionnaire survey and conversation interview of railway workers, and analyzed the reason caused the railway accidents, and investigated and analyzed the current situation of railway worker safety consciousness and problems existed in safety education, and the thought and strategy for solving these problems in education is put forward finally. This paper effectively solved the problems in railway worker safety consciousness education, and try to maximum the railway worker safety awareness, thus, eliminate the accidents due to the weak railway safety consciousness by studying of railway worker safety consciousness education, improving the education environment and quality of the railway worker.
