Study On Mode Of Energy Performance Audit

Abstract:The energy consumption in China has always been on a high level, which has become a bottleneck that constraint the economic development of China. Energy performance audit is mainly to the estimation of economy, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability. It is easy for government to manage the energy, and for enterprises to improve the efficiency and benefit, decrease cost. Energy performance audit has become the vital way of energy management. Energy performance audit to determine what goals, energy performance audit of the basic stuff and contents of the audit, it is worth studying that how to develop the energy performance audit with the low cost and high efficiency. It can be concluded that this is the research on the mode of energy performance audit.This paper states the background and the significance firstly, as follows, analyzes the research of our country and abroad. On this basis, this paper expounds some energy performance audit basic model. And compares various aspects, such as auditing objective, audit focus, audit coverage, and costs. Therefore, the energy performance audit model which is result-problem oriented and cost-benefit based is practical and worth promoting. Considered the objectives and contents of energy performance audit, the author designed an indicator system which uses indicators on energy economy, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability. Containing20third-class indicators, this system can evaluate the energy using efficiency, comprehensively and systematically. In addition, this thesis uses analytic hierarchy process to categories the importance level of each indicators, in order to better confirm these indicators through investigation and data collection in the concrete energy using efficiency audits. Both single indicator and Composite Index can be used to judge energy performance. This paper also uses case to test indicator system we designed and energy performance audit method.
