In recent years, along with our country enterprises gradually accelerated the pace of internationalization. Foreign direct investment by Chinese enterprises has huge promotion. In the process of enterprises "go global strategy", the means of transnational M&A has occupied the important position in foreign investment. But due to multiple reasons, business process of cross-border M&A is not well. One of the biggest impacts is, the domestic enterprise cannot effectively display information about them in order to stimulate each other’s cooperation intention.E-commerce as an emerging business model rapid development in recent years, and greatly promoted the process of enterprise internationalization. Continuously extensive and in-depth application in electronic commerce to in international trade today, electronic technology and network technology is changing the traditional way of international trade. With the deepening of the internationalization of enterprises, the internationalization of enterprises is not only limited to the development of international trade, set up overseas subsidiaries by means of mergers and acquisitions or Greenfield investment is multinational, the focus of the next step. And e-commerce support for enterprises wills gradually from a simple international marketing channel development for the enterprise comprehensive display and engagement platform; from a third party e-commerce platform development for the enterprise self-built website step by step. Although the source of enterprise competitive advantage is its core product or service, but the necessary technology application can have the effect of get twice the result with half the effort. The enterprise website construction is an important step towards to the electronic commerce field.The development of network technology, greatly promoted the exchange of information, the enterprise website is an information display and exchange platform, provides a let investors published information about themselves, make the host party inspection information platform, from the remote communication to some extent of information asymmetry and uncertainty, to reduce transaction risk, reduce transaction costs, increase economic efficiency. Then, combining the characteristics of the network of corporate websites are given specific role, respectively is to reduce the degree of information asymmetry and increase the sunk cost raise barriers to entry.
