Entrepreneurship Research On Inhabited Area Of Land-lost Farmers

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, our country has made great achievements in the development of national economy, the progress of the society and the project of livelihood. From the point of development of the whole society, the society shows a trend of "industries which concentrate on concentration areas, farmers concentrate on city and land concentrate on scale operation", thus, there is a need to focus on population management. Therefore, each type of city constantly expands the scale of its city and use perfect facility to form a living and employment environment with perfect facility, to promote the local economy prosperity, to create city card and to achieve urban development. After more than ten years’ construction of city, the urbanization ratio of our country has greatly improved. The process of urbanization of our country is dominated and promoted by the government. The land-lost farmers are gradually concentrated on an inhabited area of land-lost farmers under the background of urbanization.This present thesis focuses on these communities and the author strives clearly to explain the community and land-lost farmers’ community, the land-lost farmers and the features of land-lost farmers’ community, entrepreneurship and community entrepreneurship, how to risk in the land-lost farmers’ communities and some problems about land-lost farmers communities’ entrepreneurship. In order to guide the land-lost farmers from countryside to integrate into the community rapidly, the present thesis analyzes what kind of psychological and quality people are suitable for entrepreneurship in these communities, how is the people who hope to start a business train their basic quality, how people choose what entrepreneurship project when they face the internal and external environment changes of the communities. The entrepreneurs can not only solve the livelihood problems of the land-lost farmers, but also achieve self-development and growth. Taking R inhabited community of land-lost farmers in Chengdu city for example, and according to the feature of inhabited community, the present thesis analyzes the success process of enterprises in R inhabited community, the growth of the entrepreneurship enterprises in this sort of community, the important role of enterprises in the building of community, the development of community and the management of community. It also explores how the new residents of R community adapt to the new environment, actively find their own position in the community entrepreneurship, cooperate with the community management, and expand their entrepreneurial ideas and entrepreneurship achievements.The present thesis, from the unique perspective based on the domestic community governance pattern and the foreign similar community governance pattern, analyzes how to let the enterprises grow strong and finally form a diversified interaction and cooperation mode to reward community. After a comprehensive analysis, it then provides some suggestions useful for the government to formulate or introduce targeted entrepreneurship support of preferential policies about inhabited area of land-lost farmers, to solve the problem of local people’s lives and employments and to build a harmonious society. The present thesis is expected to helpful for the land-lost farmers’ communities coming into urbanization management, enhancing social harmony and promoting regional stability and prosperity after the demolition of a large area. The author hopes the whole analysis could provide some suggestion to this topic.
