Nowadays, the news broadcast that the leader of electronic commercial companies has entered the fund industry, and the insurance industry as usual.In this thesis, by using the electronic commercial market and financial services as the breakthrough and applying the design method and principle of electronic commercial operation mode, this paper brings out the case analysis of the return of the freight insurance in Taobao.First, the thesis introduces the development of domestic and foreign insurance electronic commerce insurance and brings out the case analysis of the project. Then, a comprehensive introduction to the project in the aspects of the preparation and initial assessment of the project and the progress and the later stage of the project evaluation. In the course of the project, the paper uses WBS method and critical path means to analyze the project node. We introduce the details of the project during the project node’s assessment in the thesis. And finally, for the project can access to market successfully, using the analysis method of project management to discuss how solve the hypothetical questions and sudden problems in the thesis.
