Rearch On Risk Management Of NC Company’s Logistics Financial Business

ABSTRACT:With the added according to the competition of the logistics market, developing logistics financial services has become an important option for the development of logistics enterprises. In our country, as a new financial innovation service, logistics finance is also in rapid development, the business has great development prospect and market demand. But in the process of rapid development, many disharmony events occur, this is a wake-up call for the development of the logistics financial, risk management which is related to logistics finance cannot be ignored.With the development of logistics finance, there are a series of problems in NanChu Repository Management Group co., LTD ("NC company" for short), the problems gradually exposed during the practice and increased operational risk of NC company. So, it is imperative to strengthen the risk management of NC company during the development of logistic finance. Therefore, this paper analyzes the risk that may be exist in the development of logistics finance, discuss how to build the identification, measurement and management system for risk of NC company, and lay a solid foundation for logistics financial business of NC company.Firstly, starting from the concept of logistics finance, this paper analyzes the reason why enterprises developed logistics financial services, and points out the realistic significance of the development of financial services for the third party logistics enterprises. In order to provide theoretical basis for the analysis of the below, this paper introduces four kind models of logistics financial business and risk theory.Then, this paper analyzes the development present situation of logistics financial business and the present situation of risk management of NC company and domestic and overseas. On the basis of the theory of risk identification, this paper analyzes the risk of the pledge, the management risk of the logistics enterprises, the operation risk of the business and credit risks. Then, this paper builds a risk assessment index system, use analytic hierarchy process to assess the logistics financial business risk of NC company, the result show that the risk of NC company logistics financial business is high.Finally, this article puts forward suggestions respectively for the risk of the pledge, the management risk of the logistics enterprises, the operation risk of the business and credit risks, on the basis, establish early warning system.
