The Number of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in China accounted for90%of the total number of real estate enterprises. Especially at the current stage, China’s real estate industry is in the period of reshuffle, policy-sensitive small and medium-sized real estate companies are particularly vulnerable to the influence of macroeconomic, policy. Faced with increasingly difficult living environment, small and medium-sized real estate companies need to train internal strength, so that can maintain the healthy development in a competitive environment. Thereby, studying the small and medium-sized real estate companies how to choose a rational, effective mode of management control, and establishing a complete management control system for the development of small and medium-sized real estate companies, are very important and have a great significance.Parent-subsidiary companies management is the issue that must be facing for the companies that hope to become bigger in the period of development, at the same time, has been subject to the attention of the theoretical circles at home and abroad. The key elements of management control of parent-subsidiary companies include two aspects:one is management control mode, the other is management control system. The mode of management control oriented, which determined the ways of a company how to manage that is centralized or decentralized. Under the established mode of management control, Firms should establish a management control system standing in the perspective of the parent company.
