Research On Development Mechanism Of Thermal Power Enterprise Under The Low Carbon Environment

Since reform and opening up, China’s economy maintained rapid growth.In2010China’s GDP has reached40trillion yuan to become the world’s second-largesteconomy,second to USA.The achievement on economic growth in China is closelyconnected with stable energy supply, but China’s energy structure is not reasonable,however, thermal power in both machine structure and in the power structure is themain part.Governments are beginning to implement a low-carbon economy, andthermal power plays an important role in the development of low-carbon economy.In this paper, after studying the basic method and principle, on the basis of thethermal power enterprises are facing in low carbon environment analysis, theenvironment and in view of the problems that exist in the thermal power enterpriselong-term development, thermal power enterprise development mechanism isproposed.First of all,this paper analyzed Chinese thermal power enterprisedevelopment environment, and the present situation of the development of thermalpower enterprise，the environment facing the enterprise to carry on a detailed in thispaper.In this paper, China’s low carbon thermal power, low carbon relevant policy andthe legal system, thermal power enterprise facing the carbon emissions trading market,low carbon technology innovation risk.This paper argues that changes in theenvironment brings to the enterprise is not only a risk, but also a motivation. Second,the scenario analysis method is used to be developed for thermal power enterprises in2050in the three scenarios.Each scenario environment on thermal power enterprise’scarbon constraint intensity is different, just for different scenarios gives correspondingcountermeasures.At the end of the paper gives the countermeasures about thedevelopment of the low carbon environment thermal power enterprise,and put forwardrelated Suggestions.
