In recent years,with high development of other joint stock commercial banks inChina,the state owned commercial banks have much more competition pressure.As aresult,the state owned commercial banks have to take measures to attract and retaintalented employees.It is well known that the employee benefit plays a very importantrole in their compensation system,and it is also one of effective means to encouragestaffs.However, traditional system can not satisfy the diversified needs. On the onehand,reasonable welfare system can save costs and improve the core competitivestrength.On the other hand,it is good to motivate employees and improve loyalty.In this paper,we try to found the main defects of the staff welfare system throughthe state owned joint equity bank,then put forward some solutions of the employeewelfare system.This paper expand research from the following aspects.Firstly,thepaper start with regard to staff welfare theory research and analysis,which laid thetheoretical foundation for the design of optimized X employee benefitsprograms.Secondly,paper introduce the organizational structure of X bank,includesex,age,seniority,educational background,title and turnover rate.Thirdly,according tothe X bank staff welfare,analysis the existing problems.Fourthly,put forward somesolutions based on the optimizational program of staff welfare system at home andabroad.Fifthly,propose security project to optimize employee benefits from the humanand financial aspects.This paper is an empirical research of the employees welfare problem. Theresearch will guide to the employees welfare optimization. Morever,we wish toprovide information and reference to the research of other state owned commercialbanks and further theoretical research.
